Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support a federal program focused on modernizing mission‑critical applications and business processes within the government sector. This remote role will design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions to improve efficiency, user experience, and mission outcomes.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of Salesforce experience, expertise in Apex, LWC, APIs, and data architecture, and hold an active DHS or Top Secret DoD

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, LWS, REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, security, integrations, Agile, Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Active DHS or Top Secret DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and platform technologies.
• Refactor data models and applications to maximize out-of-the-box functionality.
• Manage Salesforce security, roles, profiles, sharing, and record-level security.
• Develop and support integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise systems with DevSecOps practices.
• Evaluate seasonal releases and collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements.
