Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline.
• 10+ years of technical leadership experience within compliance, certification, regulatory affairs, cybersecurity, or related environments.
• Experience mentoring engineers, compliance specialists and technical documentation teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks, certification processes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to Certification Engineers, Tech Research & Documentation Specialists, and Compliance professionals.
• Oversee product compliance programs ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and executives to establish compliance strategies.
• Manage resource allocation, project priorities, and team performance for successful certification outcomes.
• Serve as a senior SME on compliance and regulatory matters supporting audits and customer engagements.
