Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Software Asset Management Analyst to join the CIO Services team. This full-time role focuses on the lifecycle management of software assets using ServiceNow SAM Pro, ensuring license compliance and data accuracy across entitlement models and deployments.

Location is fully remote within the United States. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in SAM, 1+ year with ServiceNow SAM Pro, and strong communication and Excel skills to support audits and cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2 years of Software Asset Management experience, with at least 1 year using ServiceNow SAM Pro.
Strong communication and analytical abilities; advanced Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

Administer ServiceNow SAM Pro to enable accurate software installation discovery and license compliance.
Manage software entitlements, license models, and terms of use for ServiceNow managed contracts.
Perform license reconciliation and monitor software consumption for optimization and cost savings.
Analyze data integrations with discovery tools (e.g., SCCM, JAMF, Intune, Nexthink) to maintain data quality.
Support audits by delivering precise entitlement, deployment, and usage data.
