Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer ServiceNow SAM Pro to enable accurate software installation discovery and license compliance.
• Create and maintain software entitlements and license models.
• Perform software license reconciliation and monitor consumption for optimization.
• Ensure data quality by analyzing integrations with discovery tools and audits.
