Job summary

USCRI is seeking a Social Worker to support Home Study and Post Release Services. This remote role allows up to 50% travel across the US. Starting pay is $77,657.08, with adjustments based on experience, education, and cost of living.

The role requires trauma‑informed case management, cultural competence, and collaboration with sponsors, providers, and HQ to ensure services for unaccompanied children and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field required; LMSW/LCSW preferred.
• At least 1 year of direct clinical experience.
• Spanish fluency required; additional languages a plus.
• Knowledge of trauma‑informed care and child welfare practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate clinical case management.
• Carry a caseload of 5–10 Enhanced Post Release Services cases.
• Complete needs assessments and develop case plans for UC and sponsors.
• Maintain records per USCRI and ORR policies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide referrals and advocacy.
• Travel up to 50% for placements and client support.
