Job summary

The U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) seeks a Social Worker to support Home Study and Post Release Services. This remote role requires up to 50% travel and is based in the United States with travel to specified regions.

Starting pay is $77,657.08, subject to experience and cost of living. Responsibilities include case management for unaccompanied children, developing inclusive case plans, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in child welfare, placements, and social service provision preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-responsive service provision and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate clinical case management.
• Carry a caseload of 5 to 10 Enhanced Post Release Services cases.
• Conduct brief clinical interventions to help families address crises.
• Complete needs assessments with unaccompanied children and sponsors; develop case plans.
