Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or database software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day coordination and administration of assigned social service programs.
• Manage program schedules, appointments and logistics for beneficiaries and staff.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for beneficiaries, addressing inquiries and providing support.
• Liaise with external partners, service providers, and community organizations to facilitate program delivery.
• Maintain accurate program records, databases and documentation.
• Assist in developing and implementing program policies and procedures.
• Prepare regular reports on program activities, progress and outcomes for management.
• Support program staff and volunteers in daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations in program execution.
• Contribute to program evaluation by gathering data and feedback.
