Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Coordinador de Programas de Intervención Social to lead critical initiatives remotely. The ideal candidate holds a master's in a social science field, at least six years of progressive program management experience with three in leadership, and fluency in Spanish

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Public Administration, or a relevant social science field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience managing social programs, including 3+ years in leadership or coordination roles.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing intervention strategies for vulnerable populations.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and software.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting for program evaluation.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with strong organizational skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of other languages a plus.
• Deep understanding of social challenges in Mexico City and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle of social intervention programs from needs assessment to evaluation.
• Develop strategic plans and operating frameworks for program delivery.
• Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead and mentor program staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with governmental and non-governmental organizations.
• Monitor progress, collect data, and prepare reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks in program implementation.
• Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices in social work.
• Champion the organization's mission and values in all program activities.
