Ideal candidates have a relevant degree, demonstrated experience in social support or case management, excellent virtual communication, and the ability to manage a caseload independently while staying organized and professional.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree or diploma in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in a social support, counseling, or case management role.
• Excellent virtual communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools, video conferencing software, and online case management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload independently.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space conducive to remote work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote needs assessments via video calls, phone, and secure messaging platforms.
• Provide virtual guidance and support to clients on accessing social services, community programs, and resources.
