Placements24 seeks a dedicated Social Worker specializing in Children’s Services to join a fully remote team. You will assess needs, build care plans, advocate for families, and connect clients with resources from a home office. This role emphasizes ethical practice and compassionate support for youth and families across the region.

The ideal candidate holds an MSW with a valid license and 3–5 years of relevant experience, plus proficiency in virtual counseling tools and secure communications.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
• Current social work license (e.g., RSW, LCSW) in good standing.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with children and families.
• Proficiency in virtual counseling and secure communication platforms.
• Strong knowledge of child protection laws and family dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans including case management and advocacy.
• Provide counseling and support via virtual platforms.
• Facilitate referrals to community resources and educational/therapeutic services.
• Collaborate with foster parents, schools, and legal professionals involved in a child’s care.
• Maintain confidential client records in compliance with laws and ethics.
