Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be instrumental in ensuring customers derive maximum value from our products, foster long-term relationships, and drive retention from your home office.

You will proactively engage with clients, identify their goals, educate them on features, monitor health metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and renewals in a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer business goals and align product capabilities.
• Experience with CRM software and customer success platforms.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers.
• Proactively identify customer needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience and usage.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
• Educate customers on new features and best practices to drive product adoption.
• Monitor customer health metrics and intervene to prevent churn and dissatisfaction.
