Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in professional office and fast-paced environment is preferred.
• 1+ year experience in customer service center helpful.
• Social services or health care exposure is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls from members/patients to determine eligibility for benefits or access to community services.
• Conduct standardized assessments to identify needs and eligible resources.
• Provide information and assist with benefits enrollment and resources.
