Job summary

Circle is hiring a Social Media Lead to build Circle’s social and media function from the ground up. You will translate ideas, customer stories, and partnerships into engaging content across platforms, with a focus on short-form video and scalable processes.

Reporting to the VP of Partnerships and Creator Growth, you’ll collaborate with leaders across teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and ambition in Circle’s social presence. This remote role requires up to 25% travel for events and shoots.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for tech, SaaS, creator economy or community-led brands.
• Video editing and production skills; capable with professional editing tools.
• Deep fluency across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Execute Circle’s social content strategy across channels and translate direction into output.
• Produce and publish social-first content with emphasis on short-form video.
• Edit video independently, including cutting clips, hooks, captions, and packaging content for distribution.
