Job summary

Circle is seeking an experienced concept-driven creative leader to craft standout brand stories for campaigns, launches, partnerships, and events. You will simplify blockchain, payments, and fintech infrastructure into engaging narratives and partner with design, engineering, and creative teams to move ideas from concept to execution.

You will explore AI and emerging technologies to unlock new creative possibilities, prototype ideas with code and design tools, and maintain a high bar for craft

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in conceptual creative roles where technology is central.
• Portfolio of high-quality work across brands, campaigns, or experiences.
• Ability to originate ideas and develop them from concept to outcomes.
• Strong strategic and creative problem-solving to interpret briefs.

Responsibilities

• Own bold conceptual ideas for brand campaigns, launches, partnerships, and experiences.
• Translate blockchain/fintech concepts into clear, engaging narratives.
• Approach briefs as strategic problems aligning audience insight, idea, and execution.
• Explore AI and emerging tech to unlock creative possibilities and integrate tech into the process.
• Prototype ideas using AI, code, design tools, and other methods.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, engineers, and creative leaders to deliver polished executions.
• Maintain high creative craft to ensure strong ideas carry through final experiences.
