Sircle Media in New York City is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead content, engagement and growth strategies for food, beverage and spirits clients on a remote capacity. You will partner with a full creative team and directors to land campaigns that resonate online and in-store.

The role demands strong project management, client relationships, and a hands-on approach to trends, influencer activations, and UGC. We value proactive thinkers who mentor teammates and deliver measurable results.

Formación

• Experience in marketing with a CPG or spirits brand (agency and/or brand-side).
• Expert-level reporting and analytics skills, with the ability to tell a story with numbers for executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to act as a consultant to Director and C-Level executives.
• Deep understanding of leading-edge social, content, and influencer marketing practices.

Responsabilidades

• Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for up to three clients, building trust and positioning Sircle Media as a strategic partner for growth.
• Account Management: Ensure quality control for deliverables and provide top-quality metrics and actionable insights.
• Strategic planning: Lead creative development, influencer collaborations, client presentations and tactical execution within budget.
• UGC creation: Contribute 6-10 hours per month to video and static UGC for clients.
• Team Management: Direct tasks across design, paid, and intern teams; provide regular feedback.
• Cross Team Collaboration: Work with other SMMs and the Social Media Director for direction and guidance.
