SpinQuest is seeking a Social Media Lead to own day-to-day execution and strategy for our social channels from a remote base in the United States, with regular travel to Las Vegas. You will shape audience discovery and engagement through platform-native content, partnerships with creators, and community-driven moments.

You’ll manage publishing workflows, write captions, and turn creator collaborations into engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of social media experience, including 2+ years leading social for a creator-led account.
• Ability to translate creator collaborations into platform-native content.
• Understanding gambling-related content and social casino culture.
• Experience managing publishing schedules across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency with Sprout Social or similar scheduling tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own the social content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat, aligning posts with programming slate, creator collaborations, events, and promotional calendar.
• Manage the publishing workflow in Sprout Social, ensuring posts are scheduled ahead and fully approved before scheduling.
• Write captions, post copy, and community-driven messaging reflecting SpinQuest's voice, coordinating assets with editors and providing clear creative direction.
• Identify emerging trends and execute quickly, collaborating with editors to develop and publish timely content on pre-approved topics.
• Own the Social Media Bible, documenting brand voice, platform guidelines, community responses, and approval workflows; review performance weekly to improve engagement and growth.
• Partner with Head of Content, social operations lead, editors, Retention team, and Legal to ensure smooth execution and compliant messaging.
