Job summary

TechSoup, a global nonprofit, is hiring a Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own our international social presence, scale paid social ads, and nurture a nonprofit advocate network. You will manage editorial calendars, collaborate across teams, and report on both organic and paid efforts.

The role offers a fully remote setup with a US-wide scope. You will leverage Wrike and HubSpot to align campaigns and track leads, while building engaging content for multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media and online communities.
• Hands-on experience with Wrike for editorial calendars and campaigns.
• Practical HubSpot use for marketing campaigns and lead tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multinational social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels.
• Plan, test, and optimize paid social ads to drive leads and registrations.
• Monitor daily discussions and engage online community contributors.
• Manage campaign workflows and report performance across channels.
