Job summary

Panorama Global is seeking a Project Manager, Social Impact to support day-to-day program execution across diverse issue areas. The role is remote-eligible with a preference for candidates in Seattle or New York in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated detail oriented project management experience (2–4 years) across concep­tion to implementation.
• Ability to balance competing priorities, meet deadlines, and request reprioritization when needed.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders with transparency and teamwork.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; synthesize for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and project tools; willingness to learn new software.
• Self-directed, proactive, and able to work with independence while seeking guidance when needed.
• Experience in philanthropy, nonprofit organizations, or social impact is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day responsibilities to support project execution with project leads and teams.
• Maintain work plans, roadmaps, and tracking systems for coordination and accountability.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, communications, and follow-ups.
• Develop and edit project materials, proposals, and reports.
• Support contracting, grant management, and system administration tasks.
• Serve as a resource for process implementation and troubleshooting.
