Job summary

Blue State is seeking a Project Coordinator to help lead day-to-day project management for a mix of client projects and offerings. You will partner with strategists, designers, analysts, developers, and SMEs to translate complex ideas into actionable timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• 1-3 yrs of experience leading or supporting task/project management for marketing initiatives and/or product or platform development.
• Experience with and interest in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to adapt, solve problems, and communicate clearly; teamwork and scrappiness required.
• You are curious, proactive, and committed to quality and progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management activities for Blue State's client projects and offerings.
• Coordinate and monitor internal teams to deliver on timelines, scopes, and budgets.
• Draft agendas, timelines, and client-facing documentation; manage communications with stakeholders.
• Attend client meetings representing Blue State and contribute to project discussions.
