Placements24 is seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to oversee impactful community development initiatives. The role involves leading project teams, managing budgets, and ensuring successful execution of programs designed to uplift local communities in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management within charity or non-profit sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex development projects and budgets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with M&E frameworks and data analysis for program reporting.
• Ability to work effectively in both field and office settings, and adaptability to hybrid work models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of community development programs.
• Manage program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and efficient resource allocation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, government agencies, and partner organizations.
