Job summary

Panorama Global is seeking a Project Manager, Social Impact to support day-to-day project execution for programs across diverse issue areas and approaches to advancing impact. This role sits in the Managed and Supported team and collaborates with operations, external affairs, and other teams across the organization.

Based in Seattle or New York, the role is in-office 3 days per week and offers opportunities to build project management skills while growing with the practice in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project management experience.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce or similar CRM, and Asana.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Experience in philanthropy or nonprofit/social impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project execution within the Managed and Supported portfolio.
• Maintain work plans, roadmaps, and tracking systems.
• Coordinate meetings, notes, and follow-ups.
• Draft and edit proposals, reports, newsletters, and briefs.
• Support contracting, grant management, and budget review.
