Job summary

WITHIN is hiring a hands-on social community manager who lives in our brands' Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube comments and DMs daily, ensuring each interaction feels looked after and on-brand.

You'll start on multiple consumer brands, managing inbox sweeps, proactive commenting, sentiment tracking and reporting, using AI to accelerate replies while following brand approvals. This full-time role offers competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on community management for consumer brands.
• Perfect written English; client-facing role.
• Daily fluency in Instagram and TikTok culture; X experience is a plus.
• Experience with Sprout Social and TalkWalker.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily work.
• Fast, organized and reliable, especially during launches/live moments.

Responsibilities

• Run inbox sweeps at least twice a day across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Reply in each brand's voice in priority order: purchase intent, then fit/product questions, then issues.
• Find and join conversations proactively using TalkWalker and native search.
• Follow response matrix and FAQs; elevate sensitive items quickly.
• Spot trends in real time and suggest timely comments and replies.
• Log product requests, recurring complaints and sentiment; feed monthly reports to the account team.
• Use AI to draft replies and triage; document workflows in shared team accounts.
• Stay inside contracted scope (e.g., paid-ad comments out of scope unless added).
