Job summary

M Booth & Associates is seeking a Social Media Community Manager to oversee daily engagement across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Facebook for our client brands. You’ll monitor conversations, draft timely responses, and log engagement opportunities while aligning with brand voice guidelines.

Based in NYC or remote across the US, you will join a collaborative team, mentor junior members, and contribute to content planning and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience managing social media communities for brands.
• Strong grasp of Instagram and TikTok and what makes content land.
• Excellent writing and communication; able to channel a brand voice humanly.
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with interest in culture and trends.
• Team-first attitude and eagerness to learn from others.

Responsibilities

• Own daily community management across social platforms for our brands, identifying opportunities to engage and respond.
• Monitor brand conversations and share insights with the brands.
• Draft comments quickly aligned with brand voice guidelines and respond per protocols.
• Maintain trackers logging engagements and opportunities surfaced.
• Collaborate with clients and partners on content that features the brand.
