WITHIN is seeking a remote freelance community manager to engage consumers across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. You will respond in each brand’s voice, drive purchase intent, and triage questions while coordinating with customer service teams.

You will monitor conversations with Talkwalker, follow brand matrices, and escalate issues promptly. The role requires daily adherence to deadlines, launches, and live brand moments.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in consumer-brand community management.
• Fluent written English for public communication.
• Experience with Sprout Social or similar platform.
• Familiar with Talkwalker and social listening tools.
• Ability to use AI tools in daily workflows.

Aufgaben

• Run twice-daily inbox sweeps across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Respond in each brand’s voice, prioritizing purchase intent and customer issues.
• Route sizing and refund questions to brand customer service teams.
• Identify relevant conversations using Talkwalker and native searches.
• Follow response matrices and FAQs, securing approvals before posting.
• Escalate sensitive issues quickly and identify real-time trends.
• Track product requests and sentiment for monthly reporting.
• Draft replies with AI and document workflows in shared accounts.
• Stay within contracted scope during contests, launches, and live moments.
