Formación

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in managed services or customer-facing roles.
• ITIL Foundation certification and relevant security certifications valued.

• Serve as primary operational relationship owner for assigned customers, building strong executive relationships.
• Monitor customer health, engagement, service adoption, and renewal readiness, developing mitigation plans.
• Own customer delivery experience, leading service reviews, business reviews, and security performance meetings.
