Mondelēz International invites you to join as a Retail Territory Manager, driving Direct Store Delivery and in-store success across a Virginia territory. You will energize the journey with strong relationships, data-driven tactics, and execution excellence, delivering top-shelf displays and superior service in each store.

You will lead a team of merchandisers, coordinate with retail partners, and ensure safe, compliant operations while meeting growth targets.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a valid driver7s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business process understanding.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting up to 25 lbs; occasionally over 50 lbs).
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check.
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program offered.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers (full-time/part-time).
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure opportunities.
• Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
• Deploy resources to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Operate safely within company guidelines.
