Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Team Leader for the Pacific West to direct regional customer plans and drive distribution, share, and profitability across snacks portfolios.

You will coach a team of Customer Sales Leads, align with DSD operations, and translate insights into strategies for multiple small- to mid-size grocery customers. This remote role requires 8+ years of sales leadership experience in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8+ years of related experience; MBA may count toward additional experience.
• Sales experience supporting national, regional, or multi-customer portfolios.
• Demonstrated people leadership, coaching, and talent development.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, influence, and interpersonal skills.
• Business planning and P&L management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Pacific West regional customer portfolio, setting priorities and strategies.
• Develop and execute annual customer and market plans with volume, profit, share, and distribution goals.
• Lead and develop a team of Customer Sales Leads, including performance management and succession planning.
• Establish portfolio objectives and operating routines for consistent planning and accountability.
• Build relationships with key customer decision makers and support CSLs in partnerships.
• Partner with DSD Operations to align plans with field capabilities and in-store execution.
• Drive Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising, and Pricing across the portfolio.
• Manage trade investment, sales spending, forecasts, and customer P&Ls to meet financial commitments.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and adjust plans to improve results.
• Provide regional insights to Sales leadership and HQ partners.
