Job summary

The candidate will lead SMS implementation, risk management, audits, and training to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree accredited college (or equivalent with relevant manufacturing/SMS background)
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing, quality, compliance, or SMS experience

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety Management System implementation and maintenance at the site.
• Facilitate risk identification, analysis, and mitigation with SAT/SRB.
• Prepare and submit product safety performance reports to required bodies.
• Monitor site-level SMS compliance and conduct audits/inspections.
• Support product Safety Risk Management within change initiatives.
• Provide SMS/Human Factors training across the site.
