Job summary

CareMind, part of the Mindoula Health family, is hiring licensed therapists (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our fully remote Severe Mental Illness Program in Washington State.

Compensation is $90,000/year for WA candidates; $75,000/year plus benefits for those outside WA. You will provide biopsychosocial assessments, individual/group therapy, and care coordination with a collaborative Integrated Care Team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related behavioral health discipline.
• Current Washington licensure as LICSW/LMHC/LMFT or eligibility to obtain.
• Two+ years of direct experience with adults in behavioral health, including severe mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy for SMI populations using evidence-based modalities.
• Lead clinical risk stratification and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Coordinate care with BHSS and other care team members to address medical and social needs.
• Perform crisis management and real-time risk assessments with safety planning.
• Maintain high-quality documentation within 24 hours and ensure Medicaid compliance.
• Engage members through multimodal outreach and digital/on-site engagement.
• Contribute to population health metrics and panel management.
• Mentor incoming therapists and provide coverage as needed.
