Job summary

CareMind Health, part of the Mindoula Health family, is hiring licensed therapists (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our 100% remote Severe Mental Illness program in Washington State. You will provide biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and coordinate care with the team to support high-acuity members.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or other behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Licensure: WA DOH independent behavioral health license. Eligible licenses include LICSW, LMHC, LMFT.
• Two or more years of direct experience working with adults in behavioral health.
• Experience with severe mental illness.
• Knowledge of local resources, social determinants of health, mental health, substance use disorders, interpersonal violence, and social issues.
• Familiarity with Medicare or Medicaid practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide biopsychosocial assessments and individual and group therapy.
• Coordinate care within an integrated care team with a Behavioral Health Support Specialist.
• Lead clinical risk stratification and monthly reviews; adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Execute crisis management and real-time risk assessments for high-acuity members.
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation (DAP format) of interventions and coordination.
• Engage members through multimodal outreach and digital platforms.
