CareMind, part of the Mindoula Health family, is hiring licensed therapists (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our fully remote Severe Mental Illness program in Washington State. Compensation for WA state candidates is $90,000 per year; candidates outside WA earn $75,000 per year plus benefits.

You will provide evidenced-based psychotherapy, teletherapy, assessments, and collaborate with an integrated care team to coordinate care across settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or other applicable behavioral health discipline is required.
• Two or more years of direct experience working with adults in the behavioral health field.
• Experience with severe mental illness (SMI) is preferred.
• Licensure: WA DOH independent behavioral health license (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) or equivalent eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy.
• Deliver high-quality teletherapy to Members with SMI and co-occurring conditions.
• Lead clinical risk stratification and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Coordinate care within an integrated care team and maintain role boundaries.
• Complete and maintain clinical documentation within 24 hours of services.
