Job summary

Dispatch is seeking an SMB Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will independently identify service provider customers, build a strong pipeline, and lead discovery conversations to understand business needs, goals, and challenges.

The role offers remote-first flexibility with an optional Boston office, a base salary range of $75,000–$85,000 plus variable earnings, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS or software sales experience in a full-cycle closing role.
• hunter mentality with ability to generate own pipeline.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing multiple opportunities in a fast-moving cycle.
• Strong discovery skills and ability to articulate business value.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
