Job summary

Prokeep is seeking a Demand Generation Manager for SMB to own new-logo pipeline and build/execute campaigns across email, outbound SDR, and events. You will collaborate with Content Marketing, Sales, SDRs, and RevOps to drive SMB growth from a remote role in the United States.

Responsibilities include standing up an ABM motion, building plays in HubSpot and Unify, and using AI to identify target lists. Strong writing, analytics, and project management are essential, with travel to New Orleans

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with demand generation or growth marketing.
• Track record of running campaigns that generate new-logo pipeline.
• Hands-on experience building campaigns and plays in HubSpot.
• Experience running high-volume outbound or signal-based orchestration plays (Unify/RollWorks).
• Experience using AI to build target lists or campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present data-driven decisions.
• Strong writing skills and ability to take copy to 80% readiness.
• Strong project management and reliable follow-through.
• Experience partnering closely with Sales; Unify experience a plus; wholesale distribution/construction a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build the SMB marketing playbook: a measurable plan across email, outbound SDR, and events.
• Stand up an account-based marketing motion for SMB using best practices.
• Build and run plays in HubSpot and Unify with workflows, sequences, and segmentation.
• Use AI to identify contacts and companies ready for outreach.
• Write and refine campaign copy for SDR plays and outbound sequences.
• Collaborate daily with the SDR Manager on lead flow and hand-offs.
• Use data and A/B testing to decide what to scale or stop.
• Partner with Content Marketing, Sales, and RevOps for content and routing.
• Manage the SMB campaign calendar and keep campaigns on schedule.
• Report weekly on pipeline by channel and campaign; flag winners.
