Job summary

WorkWave, a leading provider of software and fintech solutions for service professionals, seeks an Account Executive focused on Pest and Lawn SMBs (4–9 employees). You’ll own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, lead online demos, and build a strong pipeline using Salesforce, SalesLoft, and 6Sense.

We offer a remote-first culture with a commutable option to our Holmdel, NJ office. Expect uncapped commissions with a salary range of $65,000–$130,000 plus incentives, depending on experience

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a closing sales role within SMB markets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a SaaS SMB Account Executive role.
• Must be within a commutable distance to our Holmdel, NJ office.

Responsibilities

• Learn quickly and understand our platform and its value for small Pest and Lawn service businesses (4-9 employees).
• Lead online demos to showcase growth, efficiency, and digital transformation.
• Own your territory from lead generation to close with a hunter mentality and outbound/inbound balance.
• Master the sales process: discovery, scoping, and proof of concept.
