Must reside in Virginia, with travel as needed; collaboration across Marketing, Underwriting, and Customer Service is essential in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Certifications must be obtained within 90 days of hire; base pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 2 years of relevant experience required, or HS degree and 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Relevant years of experience includes Sales and Customer Relations experience.
• Must obtain a L-HIL or L-LIFEHI within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow broker relationships within assigned territories.
• Drive Small Group new sales and renewal activities to achieve profitable business results.
• Serve as a trusted resource and consultant to brokers, employers, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Underwriting, and Customer Service, to support broker and client needs.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and growth strategies.
• Maintain strong communication throughout the sales and renewal lifecycle.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned performance metrics and business objectives.
