EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented Account Services professional for its Small Business team. This remote Midwest role focuses on servicing client policies, renewals, and inquiries with close collaboration to Producers and Account Executives.

You will manage applications, endorsements, and billing while maintaining strong client relationships and accurate records across agency systems. Strong MS Office skills and a fast-paced mindset are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in mid-size brokerage or carrier.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional conduct.

Responsabilidades

• Process applications, policies, endorsements, binders, certificates, audits during servicing.
• Assist clients with policy coverage and questions; support Producers.
• Manage client accounts with oversight; perform research and policy adjustments.
• Lead renewal process with data review, market comparisons, quotes, and proposals.
• Prepare presentations and participate in meetings with prospective clients.
