EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a proactive professional to join our Small Business Account Management team. You will provide high-quality account service to small business clients, manage policy applications, endorsements, and renewals, and work with Producers to ensure optimal coverage and client satisfaction.

You will research and analyze client data, prepare proposals, and help negotiate terms with underwriters while maintaining accurate client records and timely invoicing.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle servicing of client policies during non-renewal periods.
• Assist clients with coverage questions and policy details.
• Support Producers with presentations, proposals, and client meetings.
