Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support servicing of client policies and renewals across multiple regions. You will assist with applications, endorsements, and billing, while maintaining strong carrier relationships and upholding industry best practices.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of property and casualty lines, plus experience with agency management systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Two+ years in a mid-size brokerage or carrier environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Process applications, policies, endorsements, binders, certificates, and audits for clients across regions.
• Assist clients with policy coverages and questions; review coverages for gaps.
• Collaborate with Producers to meet client service needs and renew accounts.
