Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day client service and manage renewals for existing clients.
• Handle inquiries via phone or email and document transactions accurately.
• Prepare insurance proposals and coordinate with insurers and clients.
• Use Sagitta agency system to support processing and documentation.
