Zusammenfassung

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking an Insurance Account Servicing professional to support commercial clients. This remote role requires coordinating with Producers and Account Executives to service policies, endorsements, and renewals.

You’ll work with a team focused on growth, accuracy, and exceptional client service, with occasional in-person meetings at the Sandy Springs, GA office when needed. Two+ years in commercial insurance with a valid P&C license are required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of mid-size brokerage or carrier experience is typical.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Strong communication and client service orientation.

Aufgaben

• Process applications, policies, endorsements, and other client servicing tasks.
• Assist clients with coverages and questions; support Producers and AE.
• Research/analysis and handling of client questions on coverage; routine policy adjustments.
• Conduct renewal processes with quotes, market comparisons, and proposals.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and assist in meetings with clients.
