Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented Small Business Account Management professional to deliver high-quality service for small business clients. You will manage applications, endorsements, and renewals, support Producers and Account Executives, and help prepare proposals and client communications.

The role is remote-based in the US Midwest with responsibilities spanning policy servicing, market analysis, and client education on coverage changes, exclusions, and policy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in mid-size brokerage or carrier.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Process applications, policies, endorsements, binders, certificates, and other servicing items.
• Assist clients with policy coverage questions and with Producers.
• Provide support to Producers/Account Executives and participate in client meetings.
• Conduct renewal process with oversight, analyze exposure, and obtain/compare quotes.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and maintain client files and billing.
