Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is hiring for a Small Business Account Management role. You will provide high-quality service to small business clients, handle applications and renewals, and support producers and account executives.

The position is US remote-based in the Midwest, requiring fast-paced work, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in mid-size brokerage or carrier.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process applications, policies, endorsements, binders, and audits.
• Assist clients with policy coverage, questions, and renewals.
• Support producers and account executives with client service.
• Conduct renewal analysis and market comparisons when needed.
• Maintain client files and ensure timely invoicing and documentation.
