Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our virtual education-focused team in Texas. You will assess students, communicate results to families and district staff, and collaborate with the ARD committee to design targeted therapy plans that support learning and communication.

You may deliver services directly or supervise assistants, track progress, and participate in ARD meetings to advocate for students' needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess speech-language needs of students through comprehensive evaluations.
• Communicate findings to parents and district personnel with clarity and compassion.
• Collaborate with ARD committee to create targeted, evidence-based interventions.
• Deliver therapy services directly or supervise SLP Assistants in implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and related discussions to advocate for services.
