Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas to help students overcome communication challenges within educational settings. The role involves evaluations, ARD collaboration, and delivering or supervising therapy to meet IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs by conducting comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Communicate findings to parents and district personnel with clarity and compassion.
• Develop evidence-based interventions with the ARD committee to support student learning.
• Provide therapy directly or supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants on IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed with data.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students.
