Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students with communication challenges in school settings. You will evaluate needs, share findings with families and district staff, and collaborate with ARD committees to design targeted interventions.

Deliver therapy or supervise assistants, maintain progress notes, and advocate for students’ education. We offer starting pay at $53 per hour, flexible schedules, comprehensive benefits, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Share evaluation results with parents and district personnel.
• Collaborate with ARD committee to create evidence-based interventions.
• Deliver therapy or supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants in implementing IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students’ programs.
