Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students and schools with comprehensive evaluation, therapy, and collaboration with ARD teams.

You will evaluate, plan, and deliver services, while communicating findings to families and district staff. This role offers flexible scheduling options and a focus on work-life balance within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate comprehensive speech-language needs of students and identify required therapy services.
• Communicate findings clearly with parents and district personnel.
• Develop evidence-based interventions with the ARD committee to support student progress.
• Provide therapy directly or supervise assistants to implement IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and related discussions to support programs.
