Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to assess students, develop interventions, and deliver therapy within educational settings. You’ll collaborate with ARD teams, communicate findings to families, and supervise assistants as needed.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, an active Texas SLP license, and CCC-SLP certification. Roles offer flexible schedules: full-time, part-time, or as-needed with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas SLP license.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify students’ needs.
• Share evaluation findings with parents and district personnel clearly and compassionately.
• Collaborate with the ARD committee to design evidence-based interventions.
• Deliver therapy or supervise SLP Assistants to implement IEP goals.
• Maintain detailed progress records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to support students’ programs.
