Job summary

EnsoData seeks an Account Executive based in Chicago, IL, Milwaukee, WI or Madison, WI to grow the EnsoHST sleep solution. This remote role offers $90,000 base pay with strong upside including uncapped commissions, stock options, and new hire guarantees for six months.

The candidate will identify prospects, close deals in sleep medicine, and manage CRM (HubSpot). You will travel up to 50% to meet customers and collaborate with Marketing and the Sales Solutions Engineer to showcase solutions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sleep medicine, home sleep testing sales preferred
• Healthcare Software as Medical Device, SaaS or healthcare software sales knowledge preferred
• Clinical aptitude, business acumen & strong work ethic
• Hunter mindset with creative thinking
• 5+ years account executive experience preferred
• Experience closing business in health systems required
• Enterprise health system sales experience preferred
• CRM experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Experience with remote/hybrid teams
• Startup/tech/software background a bonus
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with remote selling focus

Responsibilities

• Strive to exceed the monthly revenue quota
• Identify prospective customers, generate and convert leads to sales; collaborate with customers to identify needs and sell solutions
• Coordinate the sales process with marketing and the Sales Solutions Engineer (demonstrations)
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with RSD/CCO
• Maintain customer details in CRM (HubSpot)
• Partner with Marketing to develop sales/marketing strategies
• Represent EnsoData at shows and travel for onsite demonstrations
