Job summary

EVERSANA, a leading life sciences commercialization services provider, seeks a Remote-based Virtual Sales Representative (Sleep) to meet and exceed territory sales goals and educate healthcare providers on neurology products.

Based in the U.S., you will work from a remote home office, delivering core selling messages, managing samples and literature requests, and correlating with field teams to ensure product availability for patients. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of HCP-facing pharmaceutical sales experience including virtual engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software especially Word, Excel and Outlook required with the ability to learn new software as needed (i.e. Veeva CRM experience a plus).
• Ability to articulate complex clinical data.
• Strong persuasive communication skills.
• Aptitude and confidence to converse with physicians, as well as all levels of medical office staff.
• Stable internet connection adequate to support voice over VoIP calls and virtual call platforms.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training to develop understanding of disease state and product features.
• Develop core selling messaging for promoted products.
• Meet or exceed call and sales attainment goals.
• Ensure sample and literature requests are processed and follow-ups performed.
• Maintain database entries on targeted customer calls including attempts, product discussions, and literature requests.
• Work independently from remote home office and manage a virtual territory.
