Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization focused on the public sector.
• Proficiency in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining API based integrations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with state, local-government, and education customers.
• Partner with Account Executives to navigate complex deal cycles.
• Lead security based conversations with customers.
• Create and demo custom environments for customers.
